Appraisal cycles delayed. Policy around variable payment not transparent. My salary structure was changed by forcibly introducing a variable component which also was the hike for that year. Effectively no hike at all. This was very disappointing from the company.

From 2020 to 2022 this was company was really good but now it’s become worst in projects, work life balance and people first

Dislikes

...fe in front of their projects. No life left after getting one of client project. Day night, weekday or weekend just doing work for them and no extra pay as well. They never listen to the employees and only focus on what client is saying. It was good in 20,21 and 22 but now its become the worst. Whenever if you get on bench you a going to face Abhinaya, who is the worst employee i ever met in my career. she will demotivate you, torture you so that you left the Organization by yourself and then they become the company who never terminates

Good projects available. Lot of learning if in projects. Team members are supportive Good salary and hikes WFH available but depends on Manager Work timings are flexible

Dislikes

Project allocation is just random. If some in bench then they remain on bench. Work pressure is immense. Extended working hours are common. Not much recognition for hard work. You would be even asked to complete the work on weekend. The freshers are supposed to complete tasks in unrealistic timeline. They even fire them for trivial reasons

Based on the project and manager your career and work life balance will be decided. Policywise good company to work, full WFH is also available. Good appraisals, other benefits

Job security is less, but when they fire you, give 3 month of salary.

On time salary , good pay for lateral hires , work life balance depends on project , client based model

No culture like a connect and grow , you work and get paid , no benefits , minimal appraisal and no transparency in appraisal process, no promotion no growth . If thinking about 1-2 years and getting paid what you want then you can join
