In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. I feel an appraisal meeting should include open discussion about both performance and future expectations. What are your thoughts? Does this happen in your company too?

Less compensation not even matching fresher salary in MNC for an experience candidate. Bond for 3 years is very cruel and they don't give proper appraisal if u r in bond period

There isn't anything to like about Yash. Such a poor culture you will hate only.

Dislikes

Favouritism to employees who don't even work. Very poor performance reviews and salary hikes. You won't get any benefits apart of your CTC. No transport, no better allowances.

I joined this organisation with good negotiation and salary hike. Once joined I got to know that there are 100 associates who are on bench and waiting for the project allocation. With the positive hopes of getting project we waited for 3 months on bench but nothing happened. No chance to appear in interviews. After asking to reporting manager they said they don't have project and may end up asking for resignation. I was blessed to find another job but not everyone else are. So choose wisely. Nothing good as a Data Engineer.
