managers are biased huge work load all the time even if you dont work , just be in favor with management and you will automatically get promoted though you are junior to all other team members no team bonding no help from seniors everybody passes the ball no promotions and no ratings are for sincere employees , its only for favourite employee No diwali gift and no other benifits team structure changes after every 2 months they dont need smart employees they just need the fellows

Work-life balance is sometimes possible. There are fun activities available. Who are under on-site manager they are lucky. Because they are following company good cultures and they are respecting the team ideas, opinions. And also They are encouraging and support to the team members on their tasks. Team outings and team lunch.
