In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. Nothing, Worst work culture I have ever seen in my entire career.

Dislikes

Worst work management, no transparency in work, There will be no person life left after joining, They don’t care about employee well-being, Un realistic timelines, They will say that they are very flexible and chill, but they are not, they will micromanage everything, You have to be available to them 24x7 no personal life no weekends no leave policy.

Unfortunately I have left Zyeta march 18th since I was serving notice period. The company I was suppose to join Cherryhill not taken onboard. But in Zyeta they have not even terminated single person or single Rs salary reduction. It's great that supporting all employees in this critical time.
