Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - A company should not be judged solely based on negative reviews. When I was considering an offer, I came across some concerning feedback, including one about delayed salaries, which made me hesitant. I brought it up during my interview, and the interviewer explained that such reviews often reflect personal experiences and individual perspectives. After spending the past two years here, I can confidently say that many of the negative reviews likely came from individuals who lacked the right skill set or were not open to constructive feedback. This often leads them to label the environment as toxic or the leadership as poor. For example, I had read about salary delays, but in my time here, salaries have always been paid on time. Compared to my previous company, which had fixed work hours and six days week- here they offer flexible timings. Yet some still complain about "strict timings" - expecting complete freedom to come and go or take long breaks, which isn't practical in an agency setting where work is tied to client timelines. Agency work is naturally fast-paced and deadline-driven. Flexibility is a perk, but it requires responsibility. From my own experience, this company has been fair, professional, and much better than how it's portrayed in many of those online reviews This review is based on my personal journey from the application stage to my time here as an employee. I'm truly grateful to the company for the support, stability, and opportunities it has provided.
