Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I had interview call with CEO Sameer. Firstly, he will drag it for long time unnecessarily
Second, don't fall for unrealistic offer he states

He asks inappropriate questions like:
1. Where do you want to go with me if we have to travel
2. What do you prefer if I have to buy you something
3. Do you go to parties, drink alcohol, what kind of dresses you wear, do you have friends, do you have a boyfriend
4. He literally stated clearly that he expects more of relationship, physical intimacy kindoff as part of job and he thinks it is fun

WTH was that. This organisation should be closed down for doing such fraudulent activities.

They have:
Fake reviews
Fake linkedin associated people
Inflated social numbers

And none of their leadership team's profiles are authentic on LinkedIn

They already have a strong base, it is fraudulent though which they can convert it into healthy structure where they can deliver real services, real jobs and do real job and generate some revenue

Anyways, this guy sameer definitely needs heavy brain detoxification to cleanse his thoughts and get to some positive terms

Round 1 - Assignment

Not even necessary to discuss this here.

Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - My interview experience with Moris Media was absolutely HORRIBLE & one of the worst I've ever attended in my entire lifetime. The process was chaotic, disorganized, uninformed, and 100% unprofessional from start to finish.

I was asked to schedule my final interview, but the concerned person was clearly too busy to care. Not only did they fail to show up for the scheduled time, but I wasn't even informed about what the next steps were. In fact, throughout the entire process, I wasn't directly contacted by anyone from the company, except for the brief emails from some marketing director. There were only 2 emails sent in total - one with an assignment and the another one for final round discussion. No proper communication, no guidance, nothing literally.

I even had to chase them down by calling the person who was emailing me directly, just to ask what was going on and what am I supposed to do. After wasting my time, I was told to reschedule as the person who was actually intended to interview me was busy. I did second-time. And guess what? Still no response. It's as if they don't care about candidates or respect their time.

The whole experience left me feeling completely disrespected and frustrated. If this is how they handle potential employees, I can't imagine how poorly they treat their actual staff.

I would strongly recommend anyone reading this review, not to waste your valuable time and efforts in applying for this Moris Media!
