Manager assigns tickets to self and I work on them
Manager assigns tickets to self and I work on them. Out team is not properly handling scrums. The tasks are discussed over scrum call, noted down in notepad and excel Tickets are often created for any random things, which maybe completed previous week only. And, often the manager assigns herself tickets on which i have worked. I am not sure whom to reach out, what to do? I feel my L2 manager is aware of this, but avoiding to act upon.
