Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The interview experience was extremely bad. The first 2 rounds went fine - until then I wasnt even told what the exact job profile was. FYI, I was interviewing for a director / sr. director role. The person who interviewed me was rude and didnt provide any context to the questions he asked. It appeared that he was sorely under prepared. I was asked a bunch of aptitude type questions which might be appropriate for a entry level role but for a senior leadership role you'd want to ask pertintent questions.

There was no relationship building or getting to know what I've done.

I took this interview despite red flags called out about Byjus work culture but I wanted to give it a shot.

I'd not recommend anyone (unless they have no other option) to work for Byjus.
