Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I had to endure an extensive interview process consisting of more than 10 interviews, each lasting between 30 minutes to 1 hour, spread over a period of more than 3 months. None of the interviews were technical; instead, almost all were behavioral interviews for a technical role. When I inquired about the prolonged decision-making process, I received vague and generic responses such as "We hire the best of the best" or "We want to ensure we hire the right person as we are building a new team," which seemed completely unreasonable considering the role was an individual contributor position with no significant impact on the business decisions.
