Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth, customer engagement, and loyalty across various industries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective campaign management plans using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or similar tools.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform data-driven decision making in marketing strategy development.
- Provide consulting services to clients on transformational projects related to digital transformation, loyalty programs, and marketing automation.
Job Requirements :
- 12-20 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with expertise in campaign management, consulting, functional analysis, marketing automation, marketing strategy development.
- Strong understanding of Pardot or SFMC platforms for managing complex marketing campaigns.
- Proven track record of developing successful business analyses that drive strategic decisions.

HR are very bad at responding qieries 4. NO HIKE OR GROWTH SINCE 2.5 YEARS. 3 TO 5 PERCENT HIKE IN 3 YEARS IS NOT CALLED GROWTH 5. BONUS PROMISED BUT NOT GIVEN
