Job Overview:
We are hiring a Human Resources Analyst to support our HR operations, focusing on performance management, learning & development, and talent acquisition. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in HR processes, data analysis, and the use of HRIS/LMS tools. You'll play a key role in ensuring employee engagement, productivity, and a seamless employee lifecycle from recruitment to development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing Learning & Development (L&D) programs, from conducting training needs analysis to facilitating program delivery, ensuring continuous employee development and skills enhancement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address performance gaps and employee development opportunities, contributing to improved employee engagement and productivity.
- Utilize HR tools such as Workday, CSOD (Cornerstone OnDemand), and in-house LMS tools to streamline HR operations and track employee training progress, ensuring compliance with mandatory training programs.
- Analyze HR data and performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership, improving the effectiveness of performance management and learning strategies.
- Support the creation and delivery of learning content, including onboarding programs, leadership development, and soft skills training.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Participate in HR projects aimed at streamlining processes and improving overall efficiency in employee development and performance management.
- Handle sourcing and screening candidates from platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Shine, and Hirect.
- Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
- Manage salary negotiation processes.
- Facilitate offer letter generation.
- Oversee onboarding and orientation for new joiners.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a Human Resources role, with a focus on performance management, L&D, and recruitment.
- Proven experience in supporting performance appraisal cycles and goal-setting processes.
- Familiarity with the full lifecycle of Learning & Development program management.
- Proficient in using HRIS and LMS tools such as Workday, CSOD (Cornerstone OnDemand), or similar in-house systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze HR data and metrics to derive actionable insights.
- Experience in creating and delivering learning content.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Experience in candidate sourcing and screening from various job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Shine, Hirect).
- Skilled in conducting telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
- Experience with salary negotiation and offer letter generation.
- Ability to manage new joiner onboarding and orientation processes.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
