Store Assistant

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Transporter for booking consignments and arrange vehicles for FTL and part load dispatch.
• Maintain Storage area cleaned and hygienic.
• Supervise and control order picking, goods in, goods out operations to ensure accuracy with minimum handling and stock damage.
• Monitor and maintain stock accuracy by ensuring the physical stock is in line with the warehouse management system and ensure all stock movements are recorded to ensure accuracy.
• Everyday plan for Dispatchs, loading and unloading vehicles & arrange Labours.
• Provide a safe working environment, adhering to Health, Safety and Environmental procedures and ensuring He is understood and practiced by the team at all times.
• Manage Godown team like Picker/Packer, Labour and Supervisors.
• Everyday Complete task like Picking, Packing and dispatch with loading and unloading incoming and outgoing vehicles.
• Checked receipt consignments Physical stock v/s invoice, E-way bill and LR copy.
• Everyday collect LR copy from Transport/Cargo and attached with Invoice copy.
• Maintain Products Storage, Division wise, Products wise and Batch wise on Pilot in Godown area.
• Everyday coordinate with billing team and Account team.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in store operations or similar role.
  
• Strong understanding of SAP system for managing inventory data.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues across different departments.
  
• Proficiency in conducting stock audits using various methods (e.g., physical counts, cycle counting).
