Educational Qualification: Graduation in Any Stream with Diploma / PG Diploma in Material Management Preferred

Experience: 3 to5 years of experience

Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)The incumbent should have 3-5 yrs. of experience in stock updation both physical and records.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Financial Inventory Maintenance

• To look after receiving and counting of materials.
• To be responsible for maintaining minimum level of all raw materials.
• To issue of raw material (Physically) as per issue slips of production department.

Customer OrientedMaintenance & Upkeep

• To ensure proper housekeeping in the store.

Verification & Quality check

• To send receiving report and material to the lab for testing.
• To physically inspect the quality of raw material received.

People Oriented Internal Business ProcessDocumentation

• To look after preparation of indent and proper distribution of materials.
• To undertake maintenance of stock register.
• To maintain records of incoming & outgoing material.
• To prepare DRR/GRN.
• To prepare all the documents of received materials along with the bill.
