Designation - Senior Architect

Job Location- Saket - Delhi

Job Description:

• Preparation of new land site concept, unit design, and basic area calculation (saleable area, carpet area, far/bar etc.)
• MOEF and RERA data calculations, drawings, annexures preparations etc.
• To work on architecture and interior related PD drawings
• Interdepartmental coordination
• For brochure- BUA calculations, carpets areas, providing units plans, checking details as per sanction Documentation of drawings, work orders, MOMs etc, in soft and hard copies both.
• Responsible for site visit as per requirement
• Co-ordination with 3D visualizers for walkthrough & 3D views
• Meeting with Local body Authorities & Fire Office regarding Submission
• R&D: Visit to exhibitions, conference other developer & submit the report for the same

What are we looking for?

• If you are an Architect with minimum 7 years of experience with a bachelors degree in architecture (full time)
• Along with a passion for quality and an eye for minute detailing are prerequisites for this position.
