Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - My advice would be to run. This place takes the cake for the most drawn-out process ever. 7 irrelevant rounds and for what? Just to get the founder’s oh-so-important say. Seems like nobody here has the guts to make a decision or their founder micromanages them so much that they don’t really have the opportunity to do that.
Speaking of the founder, what a charmer. Late to the interview with an air of arrogance. It felt like a smile might be a foreign concept in their world. If a streamlined process, clear decision making, collaborative environment and most importantly good leadership are important to you, this might not be it. Because these concepts really don’t seem to exist in their company. Don’t waste your time and energy. Many wonderful brands out there with wonderful people and inspiring founders running it. Go for that.

Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Go through the company very well, these are the questions which they generally ask to everyone joining their company. They only seek MBA students, however, the pay is too low as compared to the degree. If you are studying, please do not join, because you will not get any time to study. You only get 1 weekoff, between mon-fri. There is no proper working system. You might have to travel 120-150 km on your bike a day. Make sure you own a 2 wheeler before applying for this job. If you are a MBA holder try other companies first then choose this for the last. All the best !
