Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 SME, Lead, or Architect with 3-6 years of experience in Technical CRM who has a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) and related technologies. The ideal candidate should have expertise in solution design, development, implementation, and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Technical Consulting : Extensive experience working on D365 CE with multiple implementations and various CRM / XRM versions.

- Project Execution : Successfully implemented 2 to 3 full project life cycles, covering on-premise/cloud support, upgrades, and migrations.

- Customization & Configuration : Strong expertise in D365 customization and configuration with hands-on problem-solving for technical issues.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, SOAP, REST, AngularJS, JavaScript.

- Experience integrating third-party applications with Dynamics 365.

- Sound knowledge of DevOps, GIT, and Jira for development lifecycle management.

- Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agents, and Power BI.

- Designed and developed Microsoft Flow, PowerApps, and Power BI reports.

- Experience working with Office 365, Dynamics 365, and SharePoint APIs.

- Exposure to marketing automation tools like RESCO, Scribe, KingswaySoft, and ClickDimensions.
