Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Design and implement file transfer workflows using IBM Sterling File Gateway.
- Configure partners, routing channels, and protocols (SFTP, FTP, HTTPS, etc.).
- Monitor and troubleshoot file transfers and integration issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth data exchange.
- Maintain and enhance existing integrations and support onboarding of new partners.
- Ensure compliance with security and data governance policies.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with IBM Sterling File Gateway and IBM B2B Integrator.
- Strong understanding of file transfer protocols and encryption standards.
- Experience with XML, XSLT, and scripting (Shell, Python, etc.).
- Familiarity with integration patterns and enterprise data flows.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.

If you are in project, you will have a better work life balance.
1. Project allocation process is not at all good and there are too many mis skill update for candidate. 2. WFO 3. Manager are not supportive at all and you don't get any update and connect even after asking and following up.
