Job Purpose and Impact:

The AHC - Veterinary Sales Advisor (VSA) will be aligned to Cargill's Animal Nutrition and Health Care business based in Hubli or Bangalore and participate in face-to- face promotion and sales of Animal healthcare products to Veterinary doctors and practitioners. He/ She must build relationships with Veterinary doctors, pharmacists, and other veterinary healthcare providers, ensuring they are informed about the latest products and advancements. He/ She also achieve sales targets, provide product information, and gather market feedback.

Key Accountabilities:

- Presenting the features, benefits, and scientific data of pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals.

- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to generate future sales and repeat business.

- Meeting or exceeding sales targets for the assigned territory.

- Maintaining a deep understanding of the company's products, including their usage, dosage, and potential side effects.

- Gathering and reporting market intelligence, including competitor activity and customer needs.

- Keeping accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.

- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions.

- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Years of experience: 1 - 3 years.

- At least 1 year of relevant sales experience in the Dairy Health/Agrichemicals sector in Hubli or Bangalore.

- Must be fluent in English, Kannada and Hindi.

- Graduation in any subject (Science background preferred).

- BBA/MBA in sales & marketing.

- Certificate in computer application (MS Office).
