Must have :

- Knowledge about L10N and TMS

- Knowledge about GitHub, JIRA, Slack, Jenkins

- Knowledge about QA, test cases, automation, staging, build

- Knowledge about i18n, localizability, and code/contents relationship including DPH

- Good communication skill

- Quick learner, passion about L10N, work well in a team setting

Nice to have :

- Python, AI knowledge

- GlobalLink specific knowledge

- Experience working with Content and Product development Teams

Production support :

- Create, authorize, and monitor translation jobs in TMS (GlobalLink)

- Create source/delivery PR by using script or other automation tools

- Onboarding repo in TMS

- Changing configuration/setting in TMS

- Providing Bug Fix support

Technical support :

- Troubleshoot production issues by analyzing issue, narrowing down root cause, and providing the best solution possible

- Fix delivery issue, resolve conflicts in GitHub PR

- Identify bottleneck, gaps, and problematic areas in L10N processes and tools

- Propose and/or build technical solutions to improve overall timeline and quality in L10N processes and tools

- Provide solutions to maintaining Language Assets (TM, AM, TD, MT)

Visual context and validation support :

- Using test case suite and automation to generate visual context or screenshots

- Setting up stages/build by working closely with Product teams

- Navigating flows with high understanding of Compan Products
