Job Description
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Complete SME certification through process training.
2) Manage training logistics and resources for new hires.
3) Maintain updated process docs and knowledge base.
4) Track training effectiveness and new hire progress.
5) Conduct impact analysis and refresher sessions.
6) Identify risks and suggest mitigation strategies.
7) Flexible to work 24/7 and during peak hours.
8) Assess and address training needs.
9) Design and deliver training programs and materials.
10) Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback.
11) Ensure compliance with training standards.
12) Revise training records periodically as per the requirement
13) Create SOPs based on process/business requirement
Basic Qualifications
1) Strong English writing skills
2) Excellent written and verbal communication.
3) Ability to multitask and work independently.
4) Problem-solving mindset with research skills.
5) Quick learner in content writing.
6) Basic Excel knowledge.
