Job Title: Equity Dealer
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute buy and sell orders for equities, ETFs, and other listed securities.
- Monitor market trends, price movements, and trading volumes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal risk management policies during trade execution.
- Coordinate with research teams and portfolio managers to align trades with strategic objectives.
- Maintain relationships with brokers and counterparties to optimize trade execution and minimize costs.
- Provide timely and accurate trade confirmations, reports, and post-trade analysis.
- Utilize trading platforms and market data tools effectively (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters).
- Assist in developing automated trading strategies and tools for operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., NISM-Series-VIII, CFA Level I or higher) preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in equity trading or related role.
Job Title: Relationship Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), retail investors, or corporate clients.
- Understand clients' financial needs and risk appetite to recommend appropriate investment products (mutual funds, equities, insurance, etc.).
- Achieve sales targets through effective cross-selling and upselling of financial products.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive service and regular communication.
- Maintain a high standard of regulatory compliance and adhere to internal policies.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and suggest rebalancing or restructuring based on market changes.
- Work closely with product, operations, and research teams to deliver holistic financial solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 2-7 years of experience in financial sales or relationship management.
- Strong understanding of financial products and investment strategies.
