About the Role:

We are hiring Relationship Managers for a direct sales role with Anand Rathi, one of India's leading financial services firms. This position focuses on acquiring high-quality clients and offering them a range of investment solutions including Mutual Funds, Insurance, PMS, and Structured Products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Acquire quality clients through personal network, references, market intelligence, and databases.

- Maintain and grow a strong portfolio of own client relationships.

- Stay updated with local market trends and competitor activities.

- Promote the focus product of the month across your client base.

- Sell a variety of financial products: Mutual Funds, Life & General Insurance, PMS, Structured Products, etc.

- Maintain accurate records of all business interactions using internal CRM software.

- Deliver high service standards and build long-term client relationships.

- Meet monthly and quarterly targets as defined by the management.

Candidate Requirements:

3- 4 years of experience in sales or relationship management within financial services.

- Existing HNI/Privilege client base is highly preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong local market knowledge (Delhi NCR).

- Proficiency in using CRM and reporting tools.
