We are hiring for TECHNICAL CHAT SUPPORT SPECIALIST providing exceptional technical assistance and problem resolution through chat.

What we are looking at:

• 1+ year of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a chat-based environment (international support preferred). Freshers donot apply
• Exceptional written communication skills and good verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
• Flexibility to work in US shift (Night shifts) with rotational week offs.

• Provide technical support to customers via live chat, troubleshooting a wide range of issues related to our products/services.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently and accurately, guiding users through solutions step-by-step.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Document all customer interactions and technical solutions accurately in our CRM system.
• Educate customers on product features and best practices to enhance their experience.
• Identify trends in customer issues and provide feedback to improve product functionality and support resources.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
