What youll achieve :

As a Senior Software Principal Engineer, you will be responsible for developing sophisticated systems and software basis the customers business goals, needs and general business environment creating software solutions.

You will as a Software Senior Principal Engineer, you will be responsible for

- Design and Implement CI/CD Pipelines : Develop and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines tailored for BIOS/UEFI or firmware engineering projects.

Ensure seamless integration and deployment processes that enhance productivity and quality.

- Automation : Automate build, test, and deployment processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

Implement tools and scripts to streamline workflows.

- Collaboration : Work closely with firmware engineering teams to understand their requirements and provide DevOps solutions that meet their needs.

Facilitate communication and collaboration between development, QA, and operations teams.

- Infrastructure Management : Design and manage scalable and reliable infrastructure to support CI/CD pipelines.

Ensure high availability and performance of build and deployment environments.

- Monitoring and Optimization : Implement monitoring and logging solutions to track the performance and health of CI/CD pipelines.

Continuously optimize processes to improve speed, reliability, and scalability.

- Security and Compliance : Ensure that CI/CD pipelines adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements.

- Implement security measures to protect code and infrastructure.

- Documentation and Training : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for CI/CD processes and tools.

- Provide training and support to engineering teams on DevOps practices and tools.

- Own and lead product development in all stages from planning, designing to development and testing including bringing in innovative ideas.

- Responsible for Agile based Development and its World Class Quality Metrics.

Heres what we are looking for with this role :

Essential Requirements :

- 14+ years of relevant work experience in architecture, design, and development of CI-CD solutions in tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar.

- Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

- Experience with version control systems like Git.

- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

- Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible.

- Understanding of BIOS/UEFI or firmware development processes and challenges
