Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP
Accounting and reporting in multi-GAAP environment: Hands on experience of accounting and reporting under IND AS/IFRS/US GAAP, including understanding of GAAP differences and SEBI LODR requirements
Hands on experience on closing process, process improvisation, process streamlining, budgeting/forecasting etc.
Experience of business combination, consolidation, revenue recognition, financial instrument, ESOP etc.
You must demonstrate knowledge of applicable laws and regulations and keep up to date with new pronouncements relating to Ind AS/ IFRS/ US GAAP/Companies Act 2013/ SEBI LODR
Experience on IPO related projects and deal reporting will be an added advantage
Experience in and willingness to conduct trainings and deliver technical articles / publications
Exposure to ERP like SAP/ S4 HANA/ Oracle Netsuite/ MS Dynamics/Power BI/Tableau/ Visualization tools etc
.
