Not able to overcome the hike pain!! I had my 'best year ever' kind of moment throughout the year, I just rocked it in everything, I heard all the amazing feedback and comments from multiple leaders. I got growth too but saw the worst hike of my career!! No promises, no empathy. All I'm carrying with me is the pain and everything said that year is feeling fake!! My year got wasted!! Can't talk and share but all thoughts are leading to the 'Not valued' chain of thoughts. Totally messed up on professional and personal end! EA is the worst SL to work for, if you're working alot!!!

Dilemma: Dream Company vs. Stability, Location & Role

I’m in a bit of a tough spot and could really use some advice. I’ve received an offer from Deloitte (fixed-term hire) for a year for an Analyst role with a package of ₹8 LPA. It’s a dream company for me, and the role seems promising in terms of long-term brand value and learning. The role requires relocation to Hyderabad and I currently live in NCR, where relocating permanently is difficult. I’ve requested if I can attend the 2-month training in Hyderabad and then continue from NCR, but the management mentioned relocation is mandatory for at least the first year. I’m currently working in my hometown at ₹6.2 LPA in a senior position, with no relocation needed and more stability. Now I’m torn: Should I take the leap and relocate for a year, hoping it opens more doors in the future or stay in my current stable job where I’m already progressing and close to home? Any insights from people who’ve faced a similar choice—or know more about Deloitte’s FTH roles—would be really appreciated.

Not Receiving Joining Confirmation Mail

Hi Guys, Recently I accepted the Deloitte Offer letter My joining date was may-15th but still now I haven't received any joining confirmation from deloitte mail and also I have submitted the bgv docs and NHR docs in deloitte. Does onboarding gets delayed? PLease help me with this?
