Mistake in stating notice period, how to bring it down?
I have notice period of 90 days which I got to know while initiating resignation, I had a notion that it was 60 days like most of my peers. I received offer from PwC where I mentioned to them that my notice period was 60 days and that reflected in my offer letter. While applying for resignation in deloitte I saw it is 90 days and I verified the same in my offer letter.
I am expecting offer from EY as well, what is the best course of action that I should take in this case, I have initiated resignation and have mailed my people leader for earlier release as well and waiting on their response.
Please help me on this．

I have received an offer letter from LTI Mindtree for a package of 4.05 LPA, along with a 3-month internship offering ₹25,000 per month. The internship is followed by a full-time position only if I pass the tests and assignments during the internship.
I have also cleared the selection process for Deloitte, but I haven't received the official offer letter yet. From what I know, the package at Deloitte is similar (around 4–4.5 LPA).
A few more points about LTI:
I can leave the internship by giving a 7-day notice.
If I perform well in the internship, I’ll be converted to a permanent employee.
Now I’m confused —
Should I join the LTI internship while waiting for Deloitte’s offer? And if Deloitte’s offer letter comes, should I leave LTI? Or is it better to wait for Deloitte and skip LTI?
Also, from a career growth and learning perspective, which company is better for a fresher to start with?
Any advice or experience-based suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I got selection confirmation from Deloitte for on 10th March and since then I've been following up with HR for offer letter release though we have already discussed the number it's just I have recieved it on mail official to start my resignation process in current organization what to do please guide me. Yesterday when I called her she said there are some technical issues and will be able to release today but she has been giving some or the other excuses since last Friday.

Got Rejected after clearing all rounds at Deloitte
Cleared 3 TR's at Deloitte and got pre hire survey mail.
In job portal status was Offer in Progress. Today without any information they updated status as Rejected.
No updates from HR. also, she never picks call.
They wasted my full month (29th Jan- 28th Feb).

Deloitte’s New Rule – No Office, No Bonus?
My cousin works in Deloitte US Tax division, and he just told me about a new rule..if employees don’t come to the office, they won’t get their full performance bonus. Meanwhile, Deloitte India employees aren’t affected (yet).
He’s hitting all his targets while working remotely, so why should office attendance matter? Feels less about performance and more like a way to force people back.
I get that in person work has its benefits, but should bonuses depend on it?

I have an offer from EY India of 13 fixed as Consultant 2. But I have received good feedback and 8.5 snapshots score and I’m expecting to get promoted to AM since this is my second year as a consultant. Since my current cycle is very low and AM band starts at 12, is it possible to get 12 fixed if I get promoted to AM ?

Deloitte India is forcing 5 day in office. Even if your team is not in your base location, just come to office and attend teams calls.

Onboarding delayed due to Kyc verification in EPF
Hi everyone, I got selected as US Tax consultant 2 in Deloitte consulting and accepted the offer. However my onboarding has been postponed because my pan details and bank account details are not verified by the present employer in EPFO website. As the company was a startup they didn't even still register the esign in the epfo portal. It's been a month and the registration of esign is getting rejected. Is there anything I can do? please guide me.

Leaves during Notice period?
I am working at Deloitte and currently serving my notice period. I have taken 3 days off for Diwali. I did ask my engagement manager if this will cause an extension of my NP but he said not to worry about it. In that case, my notice period won't get extended, right? Or does it depend on the coach?

I want to Join DI, because its nearer to my native and don't want to stay in metro cities (Hyd, Blr, Pune etc) where Deloitte USI is present. How Deloitte India is different from Deloitte USI in following terms. Please give me your thoughts.

I have some concerns at Deloitte.There's no work-life balance, only work. Recognition and appreciation are nonexistent. Resource planning for projects is lacking, leading to employee suffering.
Some projects are subpar and employees are forced to work. The compensation is below average compared to other service-based companies. However, the firm does have a strong brand name.😅
