Application Support Engineer

Professional Attributes

• 0-1 years experience in application support on Asp.Net, SQL
• Should be able to write queries for extracting data using joins
• Deployment of products and patches for new projects and/or change requests
• Interact with stakeholders and provide regular status updates on call logs to onsite and offshore project co-ordinators
• Interact and Follow up with offshore support team for ticket closure within SLA
• Provide daily status updates and timesheets to onsite and offshore project co-ordinators
• Ready to work in shifts
• Ready to work on holidays during month ends and year end
• Knowledge Transfer / Training to stakeholders
