Job Description :
Key Responsibilities :
- Define the strategy, roadmap, and lead the launch of impactful internal analytics dashboards for business, category, and Customer Experience (CX) teams.
- Partner closely with BI/Analytics teams to ensure these dashboards are highly usable, actionable, and drive measurable impact.
- Lead initiatives to define, standardize, and productize key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Conversion Rate (CVR), Bounce Rate, Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) drivers, and other crucial metrics across all product teams.
- Ensure consistency in reporting, experimentation, and performance measurement.
- Facilitate and enable seamless data access and provide deep insights for critical product flows, including but not limited to search performance, recommendation systems, inventory alerts, and comprehensive funnel analytics.
- Proactively gather and synthesize requirements from diverse stakeholders across the organization.
- Translate these requirements into detailed data specifications and prioritize features that effectively solve real business problems and deliver tangible value.
- Work hand-in-hand with data engineering and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to continuously improve data accuracy, freshness, reliability, and governance across all data pipelines and reporting systems.
Ideal Candidate :
- Experience : 4-5 years of progressive experience in Product Management, Data Analytics, or managing Internal Platforms.
- A minimum of 2 years specifically in a dedicated product management role is required.
- Hands-on Technical Understanding : Possess a hands-on understanding and practical experience with SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Dashboarding Tools : Familiarity and practical experience with popular dashboarding and data visualization tools such as Looker, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Event Tracking Systems : Experience with event tracking and analytics systems like Omniture, Google Analytics, or Mixpanel.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management : Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex data concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Bonus Points For :
- A/B Testing & Cohort Tracking : Familiarity with experimentation methodologies, including A/B testing design, implementation, and analysis, as well as cohort tracking.
- ML Basics : A foundational understanding of Machine Learning (ML) concepts, particularly in areas like recommendation systems, ranking algorithms, or clustering techniques.

- Funnel performance tracking tools and dashboards.
