Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in retail mortgages.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.
- Develop and implement effective sales plans to meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve client queries and concerns.
- Strong knowledge of retail mortgages and related products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
