Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in Merchant OD.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchants to increase business opportunities.
- Identify new business prospects and expand existing customer relationships.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
- Build and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in Merchant OD.
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
