Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the BFSI industry.
- Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Strong understanding of the BFSI industry and its regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience working with UCV products and services is an added advantage.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
