Job Description QTL:
Good Communication skills.
Should hold an experience for CS, Voice, email & chat, Blended process.
Should be aware about the KRA's and KPI's of QTL.
Experience of handling a team of quality under them.
Experience of an e-commerce process will be an added advantage.
BPO experience is mandate.
