Summary of position:
HCL Software is looking for new Business Development Executive who will report to a Sales Development team leader. Responsible to validate and nurture leads and customer data quality including accuracy, relevance, completeness and passing through with most accuracy for new customer acquisitions. Ready to accept a challenge on 30% new customer acquisitions on a year on year basis and also to develop and manage multichannel communication activities to validate, nurture and place information of validated leads into the company CRM system.
This position will be responsible for generating new leads and aqisition of new customers. The right candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced, self-driven environment and produce results with a strong sense of teamwork.
Core Responsibilities:
Manage multichannel communication activities to validate, nurture and place information of validated leads into the company CRM system.
Use sales tools, such as phone, email, internet, and other media to communicate, qualify, and sell Quest HCL Software products.
Focus is on inbound and outbound sales campaigns to prospects
Develop, nurture and convert Qualified Leads to customer along with senior business team.
Plan and manage contact strategies to support audience engagement, lead nurturing, conversion, retention and to reduce churn rates.
Liaise closely with other departments and engage stakeholders to ensure the CRM and tools are fully embedded across all integrated campaigns, and ensure a fast and efficient lead passing process.
Knowledge for all technical aspects of the CRM and email system, to ensure optimization, delivery and service.
marketing and/online marketing skills for planning, creation and testing of campaigns.
Maintain accurate and clean customer records in CRM database, including all interactions, customer contacts, and product ownership information.
Influence customer lifetime value and longevity through greater customer satisfaction within customer base
Manage customer escalations, issues, and build/drive resolution plan with customer and internal teams
Work across internal teams to advocate for your customer base bringing concerns and victories to the teams
Alert Product Management & Sales team of any potential customer experience risk, complaint and feedback.
Assure eMail data base quality and growth
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors Degree
Excellent verbal expression and online relationship building skills
Enthusiasm and positive attitude: passion for helping customers succeed is required
Ability to obtain sales-level understanding of numerous complex products and pricing
Flexibility in scheduling, due to different time zones and locations
A problem-solving mindset
Marketing Skills for execution of digital campaigns and physical events and trade shows
Support partners for customer approach strategies and hand hold them for lead conversion
Passion for digital techniques and technologies.
Advanced English Skill and a Native Language (as required)
