Job Description
Job Title: Teller Authorizer
Location: Jind & Tohana
Department: Branch Banking
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Teller Authorizer to oversee and authorize branch cash operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and superior customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Authorize high-value cash transactions and teller operations as per bank limits
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit, and compliance guidelines
- Monitor daily cash balances, vault handling, and end-of-day reconciliations
- Resolve customer queries related to cash and teller services
- Guide and support teller staff for efficient transaction handling
- Ensure timely reporting and documentation in line with bank policies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate (minimum); Postgraduate preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in branch banking, with a focus on Banking Operations
- Strong understanding of banking processes, compliance, and regulatory norms
- Excellent attention to detail, integrity, and customer service skills
