Roles and Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers through effective cross-selling strategies and account opening processes.
- Develop strong relationships with existing clients to increase retention rates and promote product usage.
- Oversee retail liability management, including deposit accounts, credit cards, and other financial products.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in Retail Branch Banking or related field (preferably from PB).
- Strong understanding of CCE (Current Account) acquisition and servicing processes.
- Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration.
