Business Unit: Foreign Branch Operations.

Job Location - Kanjurmarg, Mumbai

Job Purpose:

Monitoring of Customer Investment transaction for Overseas Branches. Candidate would be overseeing the overall Third-Party Product Operations covering multiple jurisdictions including compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines across geographies.

Candidate should have in detail knowledge of global Investment product such as Bond/ Mutual Funds/Equities/Derivatives. Well conversant with Regulatory guidelines and Knowledge of Swift. Thorough understanding of Investment products viz, Bonds, MF, Equity, Structured notes, etc. Well conversant with Global custody settlements/operations

Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring Smooth Processing of TPP Operations

• To ensure all transactions are processed within TAT
• To ensure that process notes are prepared and signed and vetted by all stakeholders
• To ensure smooth floor operations.
• Ensure all reconciliations are timely completed.
• To independently Monitor and control the process related to Buy/Sell/Switch of global investment products such as Bond/Mutual Funds/Equities/Derivatives.
• To ensure timely corporate action

2. Providing support to business

• To liaise with Relationship Managers to get the documentation done for Borrowers
• To ensure that no escalations are raised by customers/Relationship Managers
• To ensure regular interactions with Business Teams and provide solutions to them.
• Follow up for getting the documents executed & ensuring that there are no discrepancies in the same.

3. Liasoning with Support functions/ Regulators/ Relationship Management with Overseas

Branches

• To regularly interact with Overseas Branches and work towards continuous improvement in service and operations.
• Providing Business Support to RM and give them confidence to get more business.
• To work closely with other stakeholders (Compliance, risk,etc).
