Solution Presales Technical Owner

Synopsis:

We are seeking a highly skilled Presales Solutioning Specialist with a robust background in Production Engineering, Application Development, Cloud, and AI services. This role requires hands-on experience in solution architecture, proposal development, and cross-functional collaboration between business and delivery teams. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can translate client requirements into compelling technical solutions across various domains.

A Day in Your Life:

• Lead presales solutioning efforts across diverse industry verticals.

• Drive technical solutioning for Production Engineering Services with a focus on Application Development (Web & Mobile) and System Design.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for UI/UX design, Web development, and related delivery models.

• Architect and position services in Cloud platforms (GCP/AWS) and AI-driven solutions Mandatory.

• Provide expertise in Application Platforms including CMS, LMS, CRM, RPA, and other digital platforms.

• Own the end-to-end proposal lifecycle, from requirements gathering, solution architecture, estimation, and documentation to client presentations.

• Create and review IT services estimation models, ensuring alignment between business goals and delivery capabilities.

• Support the T&M (Time and Material) based Tech Staffing business model Good to have.

• Act as a bridge between sales, delivery, and technology teams to ensure technical feasibility and delivery readiness.

• Engage with customers, identify needs, and develop customized solutions to win new business.

Skills in the spotlight:

• 8+ years of experience in Presales / Solutioning roles in the IT Services industry.

• Deep expertise in Application Development (Web & Mobile), System Design, and Production Engineering Mandatory.

• Strong understanding and hands-on exposure to GCP/AWS Cloud platforms and AI technologies Mandatory.

• Experience with UI/UX and front-end solutioning for modern web platforms.

• Familiarity with a wide range of application platforms: CMS, LMS, CRM, Data Platforms, RPA.

• Proven track record in proposal creation, solution documentation, and technical presentations.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business stakeholders.

• Experience in IT cost estimation models and project scoping.

• Knowledge of T&M staffing models and resource-based solutioning Preferred.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.

• Certifications in AWS/GCP architecture or relevant cloud technologies.

• Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices.
