Providing direction, guidance, and feedback to employees

Responsible for creating and managing the restaurant's budget and ensure that the establishment remains profitable

Ensure that customers have an enjoyable dining experience

Responsible for ordering supplies and managing inventory

Work with chefs to create menus that will appeal to customers

Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety standards

Oversee cleanliness and sanitation, and make sure that employees follow all safety procedures

Responsible for promoting the restaurant and attracting new customers

Responsible for administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and record keeping

Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
