SAP SD Consultant - Implementation & Configuration (5-6 yrs)

Role Responsibilities :

- Implement and configure SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) modules according to business requirements.

- Manage the entire order processing lifecycle from order creation to delivery.

- Facilitate integration between SAP SD and other modules such as MM, PP, and FI.

- Develop and execute test plans for functional testing of SD processes.

- Support user training programs and provide ongoing assistance to end-users.

- Analyze business processes and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency.

- Ensure appropriate data migration and master data management practices are in place.

- Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.

- Maintain documentation for all configurations and customizations in SAP SD.

- Provide troubleshooting support for SAP SD-related issues.

- Participate in project planning, status updates, and stakeholder communication.

- Assist in system upgrades and enhancements to existing functionalities.

- Adhere to best practices and compliance standards for SAP implementations.

- Stay updated with SAP releases and new functionalities relevant to SD.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SD module configuration and implementation.

- Strong understanding of order-to-cash (OTC) processes.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.

- Proficient in pricing, billing, and contracts management.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Capability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Knowledge of customizing and enhancing SAP SD functions.

- Familiarity with SAP reporting tools and data extraction methods.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Experience with client-facing roles and user support.

- Certifications in SAP SD are an advantage.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Ability to stay organized and detail-oriented in a remote work environment.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
