- Responsible for design and implement Rewards & Benefits strategy and Recognition blueprints that provide real value for our colleauges and are well communicated.
- Leading the Total Rewards function by designing and implementing compensation structure, policies and procedures that strive to ensure that our pay is fair, simple, sustainable & competitive and that our benefits are relevant
- Providing inputs to Group Rewards teams to frame rewards blueprint for the organisation wide initiatives, supporting them with market relevant data and insights.
- Conduct Benchmarking exercises, Annual reviews, Benefits review etc
- Drive Recognition programme through cost-benefit analysis
- Leading a high performing team and collborating with cross functional teams by providing expertise on matters releated to Total Rewards
- Initiates and designs continuous improvements initiatives to drive performance within their teams
- Accountable for achieving teams objectives, stakeholder management and escalation management.
- Actively identify and manage relationships with expert external partners
- Making decisions within policy and procedure framework to deliver business plans
