Manager - Compensation & Benefits (8-16 yrs)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for design and implement Rewards & Benefits strategy and Recognition blueprints that provide real value for our colleauges and are well communicated.

Role & responsibilities:

Leading the Total Rewards function by designing and implementing compensation structure, policies and procedures that strive to ensure that our pay is fair, simple, sustainable & competitive and that our benefits are relevant, providing real value for colleagues and recognises colleagues for outstanding performance.

- Providing inputs to Group Rewards teams to frame rewards blueprint for the organisation wide initiatives, supporting them with market relevant data and insights.

- Conduct Benchmarking exercises, Annual reviews, Benefits review etc.

- Drive Recognition programmes through cost-benefit analysis.

- Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence.

- Leading a high performing team and collborating with cross functional teams by providing expertise on matters releated to Total Rewards.

- Initiates and designs continuous improvements initiatives to drive performance within their teams.

- Accountable for achieving teams objectives, stakeholder management and escalation management.

- Actively identify and manage relationships with expert external partners.

- Making decisions within policy and procedure framework to deliver business plans.

- Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence.
