Role Description :
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Java Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on React.js to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable web applications, working across the full software development lifecycle from concept to deployment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, design and implement robust APIs, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, performant applications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Java (Spring Boot) for the backend and React.js for the frontend.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless integration with front-end components.
- Collaborate effectively with UI/UX designers to translate design mockups and wireframes into functional user interfaces.
- Work closely with backend developers to establish smooth workflows and integrate frontend and backend logic.
- Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Optimize application performance for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness across various devices.
- Participate actively in code reviews to ensure code quality, identify potential issues, and share knowledge with team members.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Continuously monitor and tune application performance to ensure optimal operation.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in both frontend and backend web development.
- Strong foundation in Core Java, including OOPs principles, Exception Handling, and Collections.
- Extensive experience with the Spring Boot framework for building microservices and web applications.
- Experience with Spring MVC for building web applications and RESTful services.
- Knowledge of Spring Security for implementing authentication and authorization.
- Experience with ORM frameworks like Hibernate or JPA for database interaction.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with build tools like Maven or Gradle.
- Strong proficiency and minimum 2.5 years of hands-on experience with React.js.
- In-depth knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and JSX.
- Experience with React Hooks (useEffect, useState) and understanding of component lifecycle methods.
- Experience with React Router for managing navigation in single-page applications.
- Familiarity with state management libraries, with Redux being preferred.
- Experience implementing responsive design principles and using frameworks like Bootstrap or TailwindCSS.
- Proficiency with Git and popular platforms like GitHub or GitLab for version control.
- Experience with issue tracking tools like Jira.
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- (Optional but beneficial) Experience with Docker for containerization, Jenkins for CI/CD, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering enterprise-level applications.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
