About the Role:
Intileo Technologies LLP is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment efforts from our Goregaon, Mumbai office. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for overseeing the entire talent acquisition function, driving strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent across various technical and business domains. With a focus on full-life cycle recruiting, employer branding, and enhancing the candidate experience, you will play a critical role in scaling our teams and supporting the company's growth objectives in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a proven track record of managing recruitment teams, implementing effective hiring strategies, and partnering with stakeholders to build a strong workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process, from workforce planning and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates.
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with Intileo's business goals and growth projections, focusing on attracting high-quality candidates for various technical and non-technical roles.
- Build and mentor a high-performing talent acquisition team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management to ensure team success and professional growth.
- Enhance and promote Intileo's employer brand through various channels, including social media, career websites, and industry events, to attract passive and active candidates.
- Design and optimize interview processes and assessment methods to ensure fair, effective, and efficient evaluation of candidates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and develop targeted recruitment plans.
- Implement and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and maintain accurate data.
- Utilize data and analytics to track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rate) and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Stay informed about current recruiting trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in the technology and consulting industries in India.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors when necessary.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the hiring process.
- Spearhead campus recruitment efforts and build relationships with educational institutions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a full-life cycle recruiting role.
- Minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a team of recruiters.
- Strong understanding of the IT services and consulting industry landscape and associated talent needs.
- Experience in developing and executing recruitment strategies across various levels and functions, including technical roles.
- In-depth knowledge of current recruiting trends, sourcing techniques, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and target-driven environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions and improve processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Industry certification in Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI-PHR, or similar).
- Experience with employer branding initiatives and social media recruiting.
- Experience recruiting for niche or senior-level technical roles.
- Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting tools.
