Job Title: PPC Executive (Pay-Per-Click Executive)

Position Summary:

KL University is looking for a skilled and data-driven PPC Executive to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant digital channels. The role requires strategic thinking, campaign execution, and continuous analysis to generate high-quality leads and support university admissions and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Perform keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and competitor analysis.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to meet KPIs such as cost per lead (CPL), ROI, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Write compelling ad copy and coordinate with creative teams to develop high-performing visuals and landing pages.
• Track and report on campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics, Data Studio, and ad platform dashboards.
• Optimize bids, budgets, and targeting for maximum performance and efficiency.
• Stay updated with latest PPC trends, tools, algorithm changes, and digital marketing practices.
• Collaborate with the admissions and content teams to align marketing goals with university enrolment targets.
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure optimal utilization without overspending.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 46 years of experience managing PPC campaigns, preferably in education or lead generation.
• Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
• Google Ads and/or Meta certifications are a strong plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Desirable Attributes:

• Experience with remarketing, lead generation funnels, and landing page optimization.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and email marketing tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Creative mindset with data-backed decision-making ability.
