About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Call Centre Executives. This role offers a unique combination of in-office calling and on-field engagement, providing a versatile experience in customer interaction and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to share product/service information, resolve queries, and follow up on leads
  
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems
  
• Visit customers or partners in the field for onboarding, verification, support, or relationship management
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction
  
• Represent the company professionally during both telephonic and face-to-face interactions
  
• Meet daily/weekly targets related to calls, field visits, and customer conversions
  

Who Can Apply

• 0–1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (freshers are welcome)
  
• Comfortable with both telecalling and on-field work
  
• Open to travel and flexible with on-ground customer visits
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi proficiency preferred)
  
• Basic understanding of sales and customer handling techniques
  
• Willingness to travel locally within Gurgaon as part of job responsibilities
  
• High level of energy, ownership, and a customer-first mindset
  
• Male candidates are preferred due to the field travel component
