It connects retailers, distributors, and brands on a single, seamless platform, simplifying order generation, enhancing channel marketing, and optimizing supply chain operations.


Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to join our Brand Success Team. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our key brand partners, ensuring their success on the Badho platform. The role combines customer success, strategic relationship management, and revenue generation through upselling Badho's services once a brand is onboarded. You will drive growth for brands, offer upselling opportunities, and ensure long-term satisfaction while addressing their needs.


Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with our partnered brands on the Badho platform.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client-related queries and issues after brand onboarding.
  • Ensure brands' needs are met by understanding their objectives and providing customized solutions.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and strategic review meetings with brand partners to discuss performance, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth brand onboarding, product visibility, and optimal platform usage.

2. Revenue Growth through Upselling

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities for upselling additional Badho services after a brand has been onboarded.
  • Present and promote Badho's premium features, marketing services, analytics, and other tools to existing brands to help them achieve higher sales and brand visibility.
  • Track brand performance and recommend improvements to enhance sales and profitability through upsell services.
  • Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure brands are hitting their targets and optimizing their presence on the platform with the help of upsold services.

3. Customer Success Management

  • Act as the brand's advocate within Badho, ensuring their needs and feedback are communicated to relevant internal teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues brands encounter with the platform, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to their business.
  • Work closely with the technical and support teams to ensure that brands have the tools and training necessary to succeed on the platform.
  • Provide ongoing support through training, troubleshooting, and guidance on best practices to optimize the use of Badho's features.

4. Reporting & Analytics

  • Provide data-driven insights and reports on brand performance, including sales growth, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyze brand metrics and work with brands to adjust strategies based on performance data and trends.
  • Deliver monthly/quarterly reports on brand success, challenges, and opportunities to senior leadership.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the product, marketing, and operations teams to align on brand strategies and deliver value to brand partners.
  • Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and the brand to ensure smooth implementation of campaigns, promotions, and new feature rollouts.
  • Work with the Brand Operations team to ensure that logistics, fulfillment, and other operational processes are running efficiently for brands.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: 0-1 of experience in account management, customer success, or sales within a B2B environment, ideally in ecommerce or FMCG industries.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the commerce landscape, brand management, and distribution channels.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering solutions that benefit the brand. Ability to perform root cause analysis and address underlying issues.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, working effectively under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM tools, data analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Customer Focus: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and an ability to manage and grow long-term relationships with clients.
