Duties & Responsibilities

• Should have rich Experience in animal feed (cattle, poultry etc.) quality assurance & quality control, instrumental & manual
• Should have rich Experience in hands-on exposure in laboratory safety & factory safety, NIR machine handling; UV-VIS Spectrophotometer handling; skilled in new lab set up, new quality team set up and team management.
• Candidate should have exposure in establishing GLP, GMP compliance & SOPs, streamlining workflow & creating work environment to enhance productivity inventively
• Control overall quality assurance activities by setting norms, procedures, systems, documentation and ensure its effective implementation
• Conduct wet chemical analysis of products
• Quality complaint tracking and resolving the complaint
• Inspect and maintain good standardized quality of the resources that the firm uses for production and the final product that the customer receives
• Taking corrective actions over audit findings
• Strong exposure in assuring that all developed products/processes represents the maximum quality & reliability attainable by establishing effective quality control inspection & corrective procedures.
• Proficient in preparing & implementing quality checks on incoming, in-process & final inspection of various products, processes & procedures
• Excellent in coordinating, planning & implementing changes to technology, machinery, equipment, process methodology, quality assurance, control systems and reporting procedures.

• Candidate should to open to travel in all locations of factories.
• Candidate preferred from chemistry background.
• Candidate should be similar industry is preferred.
