- Ensure that all aerospace components meet stringent quality standards and regulatory requirements, adhering to industry-specific certifications and guidelines.
- Implement robust testing and validation procedures to validate component performance and safety.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.
- Allocate resources effectively, manage workloads, and provide guidance to ensure timely and high-quality project deliverables.
- Collaborate with external partners, suppliers, and customers to understand their needs, align strategies, and foster strong relationships.
- Participate in technical discussions and presentations, representing the company s expertise in aerospace component design.
- Initiate and oversee research initiatives to explore new technologies, methodologies, and materials that could enhance aerospace component performance.
- Drive innovation by proposing and championing new ideas that can set the company apart in the aerospace industry.
- Bachelor s degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related field; Master s or Ph.D. preferred.
- Proven track record of leadership in aerospace component design, development, and analysis.
- In-depth understanding of aerospace materials, manufacturing processes, and industry regulations.
- Proficiency in using advanced simulation and analysis software.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a demonstrated history of driving innovation.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team.
- Good Aerospace Networks among the world.
