Job Description
- Circuit Design: Creating and designing electrical circuits for various applications, such as power supplies, control systems, signal processing, and communication systems.
- PCB Design: Developing printed circuit board (PCB) layouts and designs to facilitate the integration of electronic components and ensure proper functionality and manufacturability.
- Analog and Digital Electronics: Designing both analog and digital electronic circuits, including microcontrollers, sensors, data converters, and communication interfaces.
- Embedded Systems: Developing embedded systems and firmware to control and operate electronic devices and systems.
- Power Electronics: Designing power electronic circuits for various power applications, such as power converters, inverters, and motor drives.
- Signal Processing: Implementing signal processing algorithms for various applications, including filtering, modulation, demodulation, and digital signal processing (DSP).
- Testing and Validation: Conducting testing and validation of electrical and electronic designs to ensure they meet performance specifications and safety requirements.
- Simulation and Modeling: Using software tools and simulations to model and analyze electrical and electronic systems behavior and performance.
- Component Selection: Selecting appropriate electronic components, including semiconductors, resistors, capacitors, and connectors, based on performance requirements and cost considerations.
- Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC): Ensuring that electronic designs comply with electromagnetic compatibility standards to minimize interference and ensure proper functioning in real-world environments.
- Prototyping and Manufacturing Support: Collaborating with prototyping and manufacturing teams to build and evaluate physical prototypes and support the transition to mass production.
- Compliance and Standards: Ensuring that electrical and electronic designs adhere to relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and certification requirements.
- Innovation and Research: Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in electrical and electronics engineering, exploring new technologies and approaches to drive innovation and improve product performance.
- Documentation: Creating detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, schematics, bill of materials (BOM), and test reports, to communicate design intent and facilitate the manufacturing and maintenance processes.
- Working knowledge in Aerospace components is preferable but not mandatory.
- Prior Experience demonstrating the above responsibilities is preferred.
- Hands on Experience in Electromechanical Components Design, Analysis and Fabrication Project.
- Knowledge of Electrical and Electronic Design Software s is a must.
- Avionics component experience
