Senior Transformation Manager - Finance Shared Services (10-15 yrs)

We are looking for an experienced Transformation Lead to join the ManpowerGroup Captive Shared Services team in Noida, driving impactful transformation projects across OTC, PTP, RTR, and FP&A functions and delivering measurable results

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive transformation initiatives across OTC, PTP, RTR, and FP&A functions in assigned countries, leading the transition to the future state operating model.

- Ensure project milestones are achieved on time, within budget, and to quality standards, following established project management methodologies.

- Coordinate change management and communication plans with local teams to support a smooth transition.

- Identify potential risks, update the Risk Analysis Register, and implement contingency plans for the post-go-live period.

- Maintain strong relationships with local, regional, and global stakeholders, providing regular project status updates and progress reports.

- Oversee knowledge transfer activities, handovers, and readiness assessments, ensuring a smooth transition and successful Go/No-Go decisions.
